Tafaders acted as the selling agent on Flat 25, 71h Drayton Park which I ultimately purchased. They represented the sellers, one of who lives in Singapore and the other in Minneapolis. The conveyance process in this instance was complex, as very little of the legal and property details were available, resulting in a lot of research to obtain copied information required by my solicitors. The seller relied very heavily on Tafaders who were very proactive in driving the process forward and chasing sellers' solicitors to get to exchange. As a result we finally completed in August. I greatly appreciate the effort made by Taher in helping to get to completion.
